- Receive visitors and phone calls so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.**Core Responsibilities**
- Visitors- Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee-
- Phone Calls- Receive phone calls and re-direct callers to the desired recipients- Take and distribute accurate messages- Office/Admin Support- Book conference rooms and ensure proper equipment is available (projectors, flipcharts, pens and paper)- Send, receive and distribute mail, courier packages- Order office supplies, re-stock supply rooms**Academic Background**:

- Grade 12**Technical Skills**
- Fluent English- Computer Literacy- Ability to operate office equipment- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format- Strong interpersonal skills- Attention to detail**There are no benefits for this role**
