**ROLE PURPOSE**

To recruit a skilled HR workforce for Kamoa Copper SA and Kamoa Services SA. The incumbent manages the full recruitment cycle, works on local, national and global searches and leverages technology and analytics to improve recruitment and business planning. The incumbent is also responsible for expat HR management, such as contracting, onboarding, contract renewal, promotion and other staff changes, termination, timesheet management, HR system/record maintenance, HR reporting, and work with other departments to fulfil ad hoc HR jobs.

**Manage the recruitment cycle**
- **Manage recruitment to ensure the best skills are hired for optimised production**_
- Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within area of responsibility
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with head of Departments and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward
- Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed
- Proactively implement the Labour Plan
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to determine the best skills profile for the position
- Manage the selection, appointment and contracting of employees
- Ensure that there are up to date role profiles in place and use these to generate the job adverts
- Ensure that recruitment process is compliant with all the relevant laws
- Manage the shortlisting process, interview process and drive the signature collection process
- Ensure the scoresheets are accurate and available
- Raise RESI (Request to Employ Specific Individual) for signatures
- Manage the onboarding process
- Leverage analytics to support recruiting efforts and business planning decisions
- **General HR Administration**_
- The incumbent is also responsible for expat HR management, such as contracting, onboarding, contract renewal, promotion and other staff changes, termination, timesheet management, HR system/record maintenance, HR reporting, and work with other departments to fulfil ad hoc HR jobs.
- **Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement**_
- Act as a key point of contact to support the implementation of global initiatives within the function
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment cycle
- **Manage and monitor the implementation of the labour budget**_
- Receive phase-specific labour budget and implement it accordingly
- Make decisions about remuneration offers within the limitations of the labour budget
- Provide daily and ad-hoc reports
- **Manage the transfers, promotions, demotions and termination of employees**_
- Proactively define, coordinate and execute the transfer process in line with company policies, plans and governance structures
