Are you a high
- performer with the track record of building successful Customer Service teams ? If so...we are looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking **Weekend Customer Service Team Leader** ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) to help leading our South African customer service team supporting our UK furniture and homewares business. This is a newly created role and will help with the setup of the South Africa in-house operation.

**Location**:Claremont Cape Town. Plus, two visits to the UK per annum

**How will your day look?**

Your role will be to manage our South Africa office space and lead our customer care team to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will drive performance, coach, support, and engage with your team to deliver the best results in our company KPIs and SLA

You will be reporting to the SA Customer Operations Manager on team performance, targets, and the day-to-day running of the department. As well as working alongside our warehouse and head office teams to deliver excellence to our customers.

**Experience**

You will have previous call centre experience, along with proven performance management experience and team management through business and personal KPIs. You are vibrant, energetic, and determined to make this role your own.
