At Reflex Solutions within our specialized carrier services, we are an integral part to our customers carrier network requirements and are very key to the success of widescale and high-volume coverage requirements in South Africa. We require an individual who is highly experienced in translating carrier, DWDM, GPON, PON, Active Ethernet and many more cutting-edge technologies into business needs and ensuring our customers ICT requirements are met from a strategic, project deployment and operational level.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients
- Advise clients objectively on the key ICT solutions that will differentiate their networks
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
- Proactively manage client expectations
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
- Develop an in-depth knowledge on the solutions and architecture of assigned accounts
- Provide strong focus on client service delivery
- Build client strategies and budgets
- Project ownership and liaison between Reflex’s operations and clients.
- Maintain a high level of current knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits of specific products for Accounts as well as of other account-specific information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.)
- Account Management - Daily management of client accounts and pipelines

**Minimum** Requirements**
- Technical background within the carrier and access sectors of ICT
- Minimum 5 - 8 years Account Management experience
- Budgeting and financial experience essential
- Comfortable with dealing with C-Level execs
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills required.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good planning, organising and time management skills
- Team player
- A professional appearance and approach

**Advantageous**
- Experience and understanding of enterprise ICT solutions such as MPLS, SD-Wan cloud, Power, Microsoft technologies and local networking services would be beneficial
