This position involves helping to keep the Buying Master and Planning document up to date as well as creating Story Boards for sell ins and in season looks by store.

**Analyst**
- Assist in the monitoring of sales data, by price, category, trend, etc., post season, in season and pre-season
- Assisting in the updating of any and all seasonal changes to the master document
- Make recommendations and assist with merchandising
- Develop and continuously evaluate all reports from sales history, seasonal sales analysis, aged inventory & liquidation plans
- Communicating with Stores where necessary
- Monitoring in season trade and react accordingly

**Contribute**
- Contribute to any ideas as how to increase tradePromo's/activations within the season
- Oversee sample management
- Assist with pricing structure for staff purchases and sample sales when necessary

**General**
- Maintaining a professional image whilst in the office or travelling
- Assist with any ad hoc duties

- A strong understanding of sportswear brands and the market opportunities within the retail, wholesale and Ecommerce sector
- Strong administration skills
- Strong merchant skills
- Numerate and able to deal with large volumes of data
- Organized and deadline driven with exceptional attention to detail
- Sound understanding of powerpoint and excel
- Must have good problem-solving skills
- Understanding of GTM timeline
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Valid Driver's license
- Willing to travel locally
