A well-established travel company has an opportunity ideal for a young vibrant individual to join their energetic team.

**Minimum requirements**:

- 5 years of travel experience as a consultant
- Matric
- Travel course from a recognized Institute
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- 2 years of experience in Galileo and Amadeus
- Core Ticketing / e-Ticketing essential
- Knowledge fares and international ticketing

**Job description**:

- Checking and issuing all travel documentation:

- E-Tickets;
- EMD’s
- Good knowledge of Quicktrav is required for:

- Credit card swipes & receipting;
- DI lines in PNR's for automatic invoicing;
- Good knowledge of various commission/service fee collecting schemes such as Travel Buy and TASF
- Ensuring ITC Debtors Lists are controlled and never outstanding - cross-pollination with the finance department imperative and therefore teamwork essential;
- All related administrative functions in order to facilitate the back office support given to ITCs
