As an Appointment Setter, you will serve as the face of the company to prospective customers. You will be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. Your responsibilities as a Appointment Setter will include sharing the vision, building professional relationships, and generating new business opportunities for our Sales Executives.

You primary goal is to set up appointments/meetings between potential customers and our Sales Executives.

**Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Identifying and prospect new potential customers.
- Research companies to determine fit.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Sales Executives.
- Record all activity, update and maintain customer information and accuracy within Hubspot, adhere to CRM hygiene process.
- Provide Sales Executives with detailed call notes and information to ensure the opportunity is understood, and next steps are clearly defined.
- Develop new opportunities for your pipeline and achieve your personal activity goals daily.
- Follow-up and engage with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
- Report to management on activities, targets and key results.
- Develop new strategies based on personal successes and failures.
- Work closely with Sales Executives to generate deals.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge and be able to hook the prospect for a meeting.
- Be responsible for achieving a sales target.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Very strong work ethic and self-drive.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Great organizational and order skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Patient and be able to practice good phone etiquette.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Experience using a CRM (Hubspot - an advantage).
- Must be organized and diligent in your work.
- Experience in b2b cold calling.
- Great active-listening skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
