- and disability insurance, credit solutions, savings and investments, retirement and fiduciary services that can be accessed through various platforms.

What will you do?

**Outputs/ Core Tasks**:
1. Data capturing by issuing or declining New Business cases.
2. Ensure that New Business cases are issued as soon as possible after the proposal has been received.
3. Follow-up on outstanding information when necessary.
4. Communicate with clients and intermediaries in writing, telephonically or via WhatsApp.
5. Ensure clients are satisfied and retained.
6. Willing to be multi-skilled to enhance skills and assist in other areas of the business.

**Note**:
The environment necessitates overtime in peak periods. The amount of overtime hours depends on the business need in terms of the volumes received. What will make you successful in this role?

Role Requirements

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12

**Experience**:
Data-capturing experience will be beneficial.
Experience in a target-driven and production environment will be beneficial.

**Knowledge**:
General life assurance knowledge will be beneficial.
