Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Luxury Leisure Consultant you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our high-net-worth members, including complex flight-inclusive itineraries covering several destinations world-wide. We are hiring best-in-class talent who are passionate about travel (and all things luxury), and want to work in a globally diverse organization with a strong team culture.

Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgment, skillful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue, and repeat usage of Ten for travel and other jobs throughout the business.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years **experience in **_outbound _**retail **leisure **travel essential
- Recent Global Distribution System experience is essential (within the last 2 years), **Amadeus **preferable.
- **Excellent English** communication skills (both written and verbal) ; any additional language of advantage
- Be a well-travelled individual with extensive knowledge of global travel and destinations.
- Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy focusing on delivering world-class customer service
- **_Flexibility _**: be willing to work a set 5-day shift pattern which will include 1 weekend shift and a minimum of one (1) late shifts per week (late Shift 13:00 - 22:00).
- _Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement._
