Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Travel Specialist you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our members, including luxury journeys on behalf of high net worth members, complex flight inclusive itineraries covering several destinations within UK, Europe and world-wide.

Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, skillful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue and repeat usage of Ten for travel and other jobs throughout the business.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years **experience in **_outbound _**retail leisure travel essential
- Experience working with the **UK outbound travel market **will be advantageous
- Recent Global Distribution System experience is essential (within the last 2 years), **Amadeus **preferable.
- **Excellent English** communication skills (both written and verbal) ; additional language of advantage
- Be a well-travelled individual with extensive knowledge of global travel and destinations.
- Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
- Proven track record in European leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries.
- **_Flexibility _**: be willing to work a set 5-day shift pattern which will include 1 weekend shift and a minimum of two (2) late shifts per week.
- _Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement._
