This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the world's leading tour operating companies, recognised by prestigious awards from esteemed publications such as Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast Traveller.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and costing itineraries for luxury travel experiences, liaising with internal clients and suppliers at all levels, selling Southern Africa travel packages to new enquiries, delivering exceptional client and guest relationship management, maintaining a high level of product knowledge across the luxury market, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and quality assurance of all guest travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and costing itineraries for luxury travel experiences
  2. Liaising with internal clients and suppliers at all levels
  3. Selling Southern Africa travel packages to new enquiries
  4. Delivering exceptional client and guest relationship management
  5. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge across the luxury market
  6. Ensuring efficient and profitable operations
  7. Quality assurance of all guest travel documentation

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in Southern Africa Inbound Tour Operating (5 years Southern Africa expertise preferable)
  • CRM & Operating systems experience
  • Travel sales experience – direct to internal business client
  • Supplier communications and booking experience
  • Product Knowledge, Innovation, and Development
  • E-marketing and Social Media exposure an advantage
