**Guest and Staff Reception**
- Receive guests and staff, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Offer refreshments such as coffee and tea to guests.
- Monitor and manage staff walk-ins to ensure appointments are scheduled.

**Office Presentation and Security**
- Keep reception and meeting rooms clean and presentable
- Monitor front and back gates
- Ensure office maintenance, work together with Technical team for any repairs or gate issues.
- Daily office closure, checking all door are closed and appliances are switched off.

**Office Provisions and Stock Management**
- Order and manage stock for office provisions, including stationery, water, and staff provisions.
- Keep records of provisions, stationery, and medical supplies issued to staff using Syspro.
- Coordinate monthly stock takes.
- Manage ordering of medical supplies.

**Administrative Duties**
- Manage the office calendar and book meetings as needed.
- Answer and direct calls to the correct personnel.
- Handle and issue requisitions
- Compile monthly reports for Administration.

Pay: R1,00 - R2,00 per month
