Front Shop Assistant/ Receptionist - Sandbaai, Hermanus

We are looking for a dynamic all-rounder to perform reception and front shop assistant duties at our shop in Sandbaai.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors/customers.
- Assisting customers with walk-in sales.
- Assist customers with completing contracts and suggesting tailored solutions to customers.
- Follow up on leads/quotations/inquiries.
- Assist the store team to maintain high store standards.
- Various admin and clerical duties.

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
