Managing and distributing information within an office ,including answering phones taking memos and maintaining files etc.Sending and receiving correspondence, scanning ,faxing filling of company documents. Skills requirement involves efficient multitasking and prioritization ,strong written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans and proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel, ability to work independently and in teams.

Pay: R4 500,00 - R5 500,00 per month
