**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the Branch Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks across all branches.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and maintain accurate data entry into management systems.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Relay instructions and updates from the Admin Manager to relevant branch teams and follow up on completion.
- **Parts Assistance**:

- Help manage parts procurement, including ordering, tracking deliveries, and verifying stock.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of parts movement and ensuring timely allocation to the required branches.
- **General Assistance**:

- Provide hands-on support where needed, including reception duties, customer inquiries, and minor operational tasks.
- Assist in addressing ad hoc requests from the Admin Manager and handling urgent matters promptly.
- Help coordinate inter-branch activities as requested.
- Complete paperwork in timely manner.
- Motor industry experience will be an advantage.
- Commission structure offered in addition to basic salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
