Human Resources Administration Supervisor

1, according to the company's overall development strategy planning, formulate the company's annual human resources administration plan;
2. Responsible for the daily personnel administration of the company
3. Responsible for the formulation and supervision of the company's various systems
4. Participate in the company's human resources decision-making, provide suggestions on human resources strategy and organizational construction;
5. Organize the development and implementation of recruitment, training, compensation and welfare, performance appraisal and other human resource management systems;
6, responsible for the organization and implementation of major internal activities, strengthen employee relations,
7. Responsible for daily administrative expenditure control
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R18 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
