An exciting opportunity exist for a seasoned QA Consultant. Key responsibilities include assessing call quality and behavior for Call Centre Agents in the Call Centre Centre (sales & customer services) by listening to live and recorded calls. You will also conduct necessary coaching with the aim to improve service delivery, compliance and legislative requirements. This is a role where your 2+ years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Agent in a call centre environment will be valued. Minimum of matric plus at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
