**VACANCY**:

- Permanent Contract

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**HR Management**:

- Manage the entire HR function towards and in support of the company growth and sustainability plan.
- Development of departmental objectives and targets including the monitoring and reporting thereof.
- Ensure that all HR related policies and procedures are relevant, updated and distributed.

**Recruitment, selection, and succession planning**
- Prepare, update and control company job profiles according to position requirements.
- Active recruitment in line with organisational requirements.
- Plan, mitigate and ensure proactive succession planning.
- Employee contracts management.

**Performance management**
- Active participation in the development and successful implementation of a performance management plan.
- Ongoing performance evaluations.
- Development of performance improvement plans in conjunction with departmental line managers.

**Learning and development**
- Prepare and manage the company learning and development plan in support of line management.
- Ensure continuous upskill of staff.

**Employee Record and Documentation management**
- Manage, maintain, and update employee records.
- Adhere to proper documentation control in all aspects.
- Manage the time and attendance, leave administration, medicals fitness etc.

**Employee wellness**
- Develop, manage, and implement a company wellness programme.

**Labour relations**
- Ensure that the BCE, SDA, LRA and EEA are understood and adhered to
- Maintain and manage the company disciplinary code and advise company management on all disciplinary matters and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Human resources diploma or degree or a degree in Industrial Psychology
- 5 years of experience in HR Coordinator / Generalist functions
- 3 years of experience in the management of people and people processes
- Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Advanced planning and organising skills, with high attention to detail
- Competent in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (required)
