Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will work with the Talent Management Lead within the Centre of Excellence(CoE) to provide assessment methodology for talent in Mondelēz International, ensuring a consistent and integrated delivery of the talent management process across the enterprise. With a good understanding of business and people strategy, you will shape the design and delivery of global CoE strategies, toolkits and frameworks. You will partner with Human Resources Business Leaders to provide advice and consultation to drive business outcomes.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Provide clear tools and enable support to the business for consistent delivery of talent plans
- Define the offerings /expectations around career
- Track talent metrics (quality, bench strength) and collate and gather market insights and trends to inform strategic direction
- Work with the Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the use of specialist selection and assessment techniques for executives

- HR professional with experience of working across multiple HR disciplines
- Previous experience in talent management assessment ideally in a large matrixed international organization
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders

- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends
