We are currently looking for an Administrator to assist in the management of office administration and back-office support.
Type: Permanent
Job description / core competencies:
- Manage stock control and inventory counts for the logistics warehouse as well as the company spares warehouse.
- Manage issuing of parts to technicians and return if parts from technicians for stock control.
- Manage offices supplies.
- Keeping filing of purchase orders, and suppliers’ files up to date and ensure critical items are attended to.
- Assist with month end process of internal reporting.
- Ensure shipping files are kept up to date and follow up on shippers with regard to collections and ETAs.
- Place purchase orders on local vendors.
- Receive and label stock in local warehouse.
- Ensure procedures are kept.
