We are seeking a **Business Unit Administrator** for a hybrid working opportunity. As a Business Unit Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business unit by managing administrative tasks.

**Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Finance administrative duties (raising of Purchase orders, assist with getting suppliers paid, assist commercial manager with financial tasks)
- General administration (as and when required)
- Handle employee HR and payroll related enquiries on ManageEngine ServiceDesk and ensure fast turnaround of enquiries.
- Procurement duties (onboarding of new customers and suppliers on Cerebro)
- CRM Support
- Booking of travel
- CSP License allocation and reporting
- Must be able to work independently and with multiple teams to deliver services
- Ability to multi task and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management

**Your expertise**:

- Proficiency in computer skills i.e Microsoft office.

**Qualifications required**:

- Grade 12
- Qualification in Business Admin would be advantageous but not compulsory
