Order Fulfilment Coordinator

Coordinating online commerce fulfilment activities thus ensuring the online commerce customer parcel delivery experience is within service level agreements, ultimately fulfilling the customer promise.
This position is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
**Essential**
- Previous experience in online commerce (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in order fulfilment and logistics
**Preferred**
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a clothing retail environment

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**

Relevant degree in
- Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Commerce is advantageous
**JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE**
- Online commerce fulfilment requirements
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of relevant consumer protection act principles
- Online commerce pick and pack customer order knowledge
**Additional requirements**
- Must be available after hours over a 7-day week
- Availability for weekend and overtime work as needed
- Flexible approach to work as operations can spread over shifts
- Recommendations to management to improve processes, service delivery and compliance
