**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**:
- Drive the branch’s overall sales performance by setting, monitoring, and achieving sales targets for cellular products, accessories, and service plans.
- Create sales strategies to increase store revenue and customer acquisition.
- Lead by example in closing sales and ensuring the team delivers top-tier service.
- **Team Management**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques.
- Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets, promoting upselling and cross-selling of cellular products and services.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the team, addressing any escalated customer complaints and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.
- Stay informed about the latest cellular products and services to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Oversee in-store merchandising, ensuring product displays are well-organized and appealing to drive sales.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage store budgets, including expenses, labor, and inventory costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols in the store.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular sales reports to the regional manager and suggest actions to improve branch performance.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure that in-store promotions are effectively communicated to customers to drive product sales.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the telecommunications or cellular industry.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of cellular products, plans, and accessories is essential.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and create actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses/commissions.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
