About This Role:

As a Station Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fuel station. This will include full back office administration, daily cash up reconciliation, and fuel reconciliation. You will also be responsible for reconciling branch to automatic tank gauge, petty cash management, and issuing cashier floats.

In addition to these tasks, you will assist with receiving deliveries, prepare forecourt rosters, and maintain on-site staff files. You will also support the manager with general duties and order office supplies as needed.

  • Issuing Cashier Floats and Replenishing Small Change, Balancing Floats
  • Preparing Remittances for Supplier Payments for Bookkeeper & Ensuring Payments are Requested in Supplier GRN of Delivery Notes and Produce Labels Where Required
  • Maintaining Stock Database
  • Daily Cash Off Processing
  • RIB Card Maintenance and Spot Checking of Stock on Hand vs Theoretic Stock on Hand
