Fuel Station Administration Role
As a vital member of the Rossi Business Investments team, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel stations. Key responsibilities include full back office administration, daily cash up reconciliation, fuel reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Full back office administration for a fuel service station, including reconciliations and record-keeping
• Daily cash up reconciliation and balancing floats
• Reconciling branch to automatic tank gauge and maintaining stock databases
• Petty cash management, including issuing cashier floats and balancing floats
• Preparing remittances for supplier payments and maintaining stock levels
• Daily cash off processing and RIB card maintenance
• Monthly stock take and processing in branch to produce stock variance
• Assisting with receiving of deliveries in line with credit facilities and supplier reports
• Preparing forecourt, bakery, and cashiers roster and maintaining staff attendance records
• Maintaining on-site staff files and updating HR as necessary
• General administrative tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets and ordering office supplies
