**Automotive HR Administrator (MIBCO & SAP Payroll), Rosslyn, Rneg + Ben**
- National **Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources** or equivalent Knowledge and experience:
- **3 years sound payroll** experience
- **SAP experience** is a must
- Microsoft Office at Intermediate level
- Sound **knowledge of HR policies and procedures** as well as relevant **statutory legislation**.
The HR Administrator is responsible to act as a first point of contact for all customers to the HR Team, to effectively **provide administrative services and ensure accurate payroll**.
- Ensure that all payroll input or instructions are prepared and logged in time for the **weekly and monthly payroll** run and submit.to the payroll input or instruction to the Payroll Coordinator/Correspondence.
- **Salary and wage input sheets and Masterfile payroll** input into payroll. Handling and managing payroll queries.
- Ensure that HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.
- Provide **appropriate reports from the HR Database for the purpose of auditing ad monitoring employee data and training, plant and regional headcount, absenteeism, top5 co-ordination, Metis, pims, etc.**:
- Administer, promote and track usage of Client Pretoria staff benefits schemes (**provident, group risk and funeral fund and medical aid documentation.**:
- Performance management administration.
- Employee wellness initiatives administration.
