A well established company, located in Claremont, is seeking a professional Personal Assistant to alleviate some of the tasks of the Director.
- Able to work independently
- Exercise initiative and discretion.

Duties include: (but not limited to):

- Maintain executive schedules, both internally and externally
- Receiving/relaying messages accordingly
- Run errands
- Keep up with, and produce regular reports
- Assist with processing refund requests

Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a personal assistant
- 1 year experience as an administrator
- A valid driver's license
- Administrative / Bcom. degree (Advantageous)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with databases, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and calendaring software
