We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will assist the Marketing Specialist with all B2B marketing activities from internal support of the sales team to digital marketing and brand management.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Marketing specialist with conducting market research and the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Optimise and manage website content and digital advertising management.
- Design and implement successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Compile monthly reports and track the campaign progress and success.
- Daily community management of Social Media platforms.
- Manage the content calendar and assist with event management.
- Ensure brand consistency and brief external suppliers e.g., video creation.
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks i.e., administration tasks, budgets etc.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
- Assistance with monthly billing recons and invoices.
- Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field (Advantageous).
- Marketing certifications (Marketing management, Digital marketing, google ads certification, communications, design)
- Advantageous.
- WordPress - content management systems (websites)
- HubSpot - marketing automation tools
- CRM e.g. Salesforce
- Adobe - design tools
- Online advertising platforms
- Web analytics tools - Google Analytics etc.
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, & web analytics.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages.

- Solid organisational skills and detail-oriented.
- Creative mind with good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent admin skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Hybrid Model.
- Travel to client only when the need arises.
- Good internet connection at home.
- Own transport.

**CONDUCT COMPETENCIES**
