- Matric + 3 years solid experience in administration preferably in the vehicle hire industry.
- Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork
Support Job Duties:
- Updates management by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Maintain etiquette of business throughout all portals and within company
Any other admin/business tasks required
- word processing;
- Data Capturing
- Administrative support to Vehicle Rental by checking out vehicle contracts on a Adhoc basis.
- maintaining filing systems;
- Logging bookings
Please note: Tasks and role may change over time.
Entry level Job
Must be able to travel Amalinda or live in and around the area
Must have Drivers license Code B or higher
**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month
