Support Job Duties:

- Updates management by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Maintain etiquette of business throughout all portals and within company

Any other admin/business tasks required
- word processing;
- Data Capturing
- Administrative support to Vehicle Rental by checking out vehicle contracts on a Adhoc basis.
- maintaining filing systems;
- Logging bookings

Please note: Tasks and role may change over time.

Entry level Job

Must be able to travel Amalinda or live in and around the area

Must have Drivers license Code B or higher

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- code 8 Drivers license or higher (required)
