Graduate

Pharmaceutical Multinational - Learnership in Sales for 12 month contract, will receive Sales Training Certificate when complete

Starting 1 Oct 2023

**Requirements**:

- degree in ANATOMY, non-negotiable
- drivers license (current)
- able to speak confidently, can detail a pharmaceutical medicine to a GP or Specialist, at their practice
- must not be shy
- must have a high energy, vibrant, driven for sales to achieve targets
- must be able to deal with pressure, if hired, for 4-6 weeks of exams when joining, and achieve 70% min each day to stay on the program
- not for those who crumble under studying a lot of info, in a short space of time, must be able to work through this without panic or fear and succeed
- Note: The client says they are unable to guarantee employment after 12 months, but if the graduate is really superb, they will try and make a room for them, after the training, at the organisation, if possible, they do not want to let good talent go _

- Can you sit in a car each day and call on 10 (ten) GPs or Specialists, trying to get them to prescribe your product, without giving up, after being told they use another reps products, is this for you as a career, to do daily, working to a sales budget, which you are required to reach, if not, your sales manager will come down hard on you, can you motivate yourself daily to chase sales
