An established, dynamic and IT Tech Company based in N1 City, has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes in project administration. Great opportunity to join this fast-paced team with your excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans and add value to the smooth running of their projects department. They are looking for a technical strong individual with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience to come in and hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for:
Your purpose will be to assist with administrative tasks and assist with coordination of various resources & tools in the implementation of small to large scale projects in a cost-effective manner and against pre-defined timelines, using asset control and management of human resources. And to provide administrative support to various Project Leads.
- **Internal Reports**_

Run reports to communicate progress and project performance to the relevant Internal audiences

Provide updates and support in the development of daily and weekly reports, dashboards and other communications
- **Administration**_

Contact sites telephonically to get relevant project related information

Serve as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation

Creating electronic project packs

Add project to Project Dashboard

Submitting electronic Purchase Requests to Finance

Submitting electronic Purchase Orders to Asset Management

Request courier cost from Finance where applicable

Request Proof of Delivery of stock where applicable

Log calls for relevant projects on HEAT

Updating Project Calls on Heat with invoicing details

Closing calls for relevant projects on HEAT when project has been completed

Update relevant project reports where applicable

Collate worksheets and required Project documentation

Complete recons for Project Lead signoff

Complete feasibilities

Electronic filing of invoicing

Able to support and back-up project lead when needed
- **Client Management (Internal)**_

Communicate administrative delays to Project Lead

Communicate or highlight if documentation is incomplete or incorrect

Provide daily accurate feedback and reports as required

Supply relevant project documentation when and if required
- **Schedule**_

Assist in maintaining updated project schedule on a weekly basis

Confirm relevant scope of work with resources

Assisting with external scheduling and communication

**Education**:
Matric

Diploma / Certificate (Office Administration / Project Management)

Highly Computer Literate MS Office & Share Point

Experience from a project management background will be adv.

**Skills**:
Fully bilingual -English and Afrikaans with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Deadline orientated and time management

Strong Excel skills

Self-motivated and results driven

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
