**Admin Assistant**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Electronic / manual filing, scanning, sorting
- Data capturing
- Handle calls, complaints and enquiries
- Assisting staff & management with any admin
- Assist with logistics in control room

**Key skills, experience**
- Computer Literate (able to work on Microsoft Excel)
- Reliable, Trustworthy, Self-Motivated and Committed
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, also willing to learn
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in alone and with team
- Good time keeping (efficient)
- Well-groomed and dressed at all times
- Must be able to work within framework set out by manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years admin experience
- Minimum 1 year’s operations experience (beneficial)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
