Creditors Administrator

An established, dynamic and IT Tech Company based in N1 City, has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes in creditors administration. Great opportunity to join this fast-paced team with your excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans and add value to the smooth running of their creditors department. They are looking for a technical strong individual with a minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience to come in and hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for:
Daily cash book processing
Management accounts and monthly / year end conclusion
Request for invoices and supporting information from all suppliers
Vetting of supplier invoices to SARS requirements
Ensuring that supplier invoices correlate to the relevant purchase orders on Sage
Processing of Supplier Invoices against purchase orders generated
Management and tracking of cost of sales accruals with asset management division
Ensuring accuracy and validity of information by allocating to the correct expense accounts per budgets
Accurate processing of VAT in accordance to SARS legislative requirements
Management of creditors age analysis and monthly reporting
Assistance with all required documentation and queries during annual audit
Maintenance of monthly accrual processing
Creditors Reconciliation
Request of supplier invoice and statements from all suppliers
Reconciliation of monthly supplier accounts and submission for payment
Management of all supplier accounts
Management and clearing of all queries with suppliers
Supplier Payments
Preparation of payment request for all weekly payments
Daily maintenance of cashflow projections based on invoices / statements received
Distribution of proof of payments and remittances upon payment release
**Education**:
Matric
Diploma / Certificate (Bookkeeping)
Highly Computer Literate MS Office & Sage Evolution
Experience from bookkeeping background will be adv.
**Skills**:
Fully bilingual -English and Afrikaans with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Deadline orientated and time management
Strong Excel skills
Self-motivated and results driven
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R17,500.00 per month
