**Paralegal Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using various sources, including online databases, legal publications, and other relevant materials.
- Analyze and evaluate research findings to support legal proceedings and assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Prepare summaries and reports on legal research, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- **Document Preparation and Management**:
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence, in accordance with established formats and guidelines.
- Organize and maintain legal documents, records, and files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed.
- **Case Management**:
- Support attorneys in managing case files, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case calendars.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, to facilitate case-related communications and activities.
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and other relevant documents.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Interact with clients professionally, both in person and over the phone, to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries under the guidance of an attorney.
- Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring excellent service, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes, including tracking billable hours and preparing billing statements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field will be preferred.
- [3] years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Proficient in legal research techniques and the use of relevant research tools and databases.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using legal software and technology, including case management systems and MS Office Suite.
