**The Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator with a difference to work with our CEO to assist with project and sales-based tasks in the organisation. We need a “thinking on your feet” self-starter who is not afraid to find solutions to problems.

Regular tasks will involve:

- Responding to sales enquiries for our advertising products based on documented SOPs
- Managing the flow of advertising orders from invoicing through to fulfilment and liaison with the customer
- Obtaining ad artwork from clients for each issue, ensuring artwork meets our specifications, ensuring all ads are received
- Flagging contentious advertisement issues and helping to ensure legal compliance
- Proofreading first drafts of the magazine to ensure the advertisers requests have been fulfilled and everything is in order prior to production
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Answer telephone calls on the company number
- Organising event sponsorships
- Liaising with other team members about project deliverables
- Online research, data entry and organisation account creation
- Compiling KPI data from around the business to populate company scorecards on a weekly basis
- Joining the customer support team during busy periods (Virtual Summits)
- Keeping advertising documentation and media packs up to date
- Ad hoc admin and other project based duties to support the CEO

**The Company**:
We are a small international media company that specializes in providing products and services to the special needs community.

We produce a monthly magazine publication, run virtual summits and provide online training to parents, caregivers and professionals around the world.

All our teams work remotely and are based throughout the world with staff members

operating in the Philippines, Serbia, South Africa, UK and USA.

While we are remote we have a great company culture and regularly catch up on zoom and run remote team building activities for our staff scattered across the globe.

**Required skills**:

- Ability to independently learn how to do a task by reading 3rd party system documentation and running Google searches
- Google docs and MS Office (including Excel)
- Some basic sales and marketing experience
- Asana/Basecamp (or equivalent project management tool)
- Excellent English
- Resourcefulness
- College Degree (a plus)

**Other Requirements**:
Have your own personal home workspace where you can work undisturbed
Stable, strong internet connection
Adequate computer hardware (CPU i3 - i7) and software to work online
Availability for 8 hours a day.

**Shift Pattern**:
There is some requirement to work a shift pattern with some overlap with the UK and USA timezones

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

All work is home based
