Introduction

We are currently looking for an experienced **Jarrison Time and Attendance Clocking System/HR** **Administrator **to join our team.

PS**:ONLY PERSONS WITH JARRISON CLOCKING SYSTEM EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED**

Duties & ResponsibilitiesJarrison Time and Attendance Clocking System
- Enrolling new employees on the system
- Terminations
- Setting up of different shifts on the system (2 shift, 4 shift etc.)
- Experience in working different shifts
- Balancing of hours on the clocking system - Extracting of reports from the clocking system
- System back
- Import/export of hours from the clocking for payroll finalization

**Industrial relations**
- Maintain in-depth IR knowledge on legal standards and requirements to reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Ensure that employment contracts are kept up to date in line with current applicable legislation.
- Where necessary manage, guide and advise Management on the legal requirements pertaining to the updating of employment contracts
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Provide management with guidance on disciplinary issues in conjunction with company policies & procedures
- Issue warnings in line with company disciplinary code after gathering necessary information from management
- Keep record of all IR issues on employees’ file
- Handle all employee grievances with confidentiality and in conjunction with Management ensure that solutions are found to these grievances

**Recruitment**
- Advertising of the vacant position (internal)
- Onboard new employees
- Ensure that new employees have monthly probation meetings, these must be minuted and signed by all parties
- Where necessary for certain roles to obtain Management’s permission to engage with recruitment placement partners. To manage and control 3rd party placements and monitor permanent employment requirements

**Reporting**
- Report on pending and executed disciplinary action
- Report clocking discrepancies
- Report on manpower changes
- Keep track of foreign national documents and expiry thereof

**Onboarding & Payroll Administration**
- Ensure that the correct onboarding documents are issued to all new starters and that supporting documents are supplied
- Provide new employee on boarding documents to payroll as soon as the employee starts, signs and provides the necessary supporting documents
- Provide payroll with any employee information change requests eg: change in banking details
- Capture leave forms on Jarrison clocking system, monitor and report any noted leave abuse to management and follow employee counselling/disciplinary action where applicable
- Provide payroll with all information pertaining to terminations
- Request UIF Documents on behalf of employees
- Keep current employee list/staff profile list up to date at all times
- Keep employee files up to date at all times
- Check and monitor the timesheets on a daily basis
- Submit the payroll file to Head Office on the set time for payroll purposes
- Submit all payroll information to Head Office on/before the 16th of each month

**Clocking system management**
- enrol and remove employees on clocking system/s

**General**
- The HR/Finance Administrator is required to work closely with Management to ensure the smooth operation of the site
- At times you might be expected to fulfil other duties within the business and therefore must be familiar with the roles of your colleagues

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Valid Matric Certificate
- +5 years solid HR experience
- Own vehicle & valid drivers license
- Relevant HR Diploma, Degree highly advantageous
