Coldroom Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coldroom Administrator to join our team at United Exports in Vaalwater.

• Monitor and manage raw stock levels on NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and making necessary adjustments.
• Oversee packing instruction management and planning to ensure efficient operations.
• Fulfill work orders, including pallet registration, to maintain a smooth supply chain.
• Manage PPECB documentation and dispatch, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Coordinate raw fruit dispatch and fieldpacking dispatch, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
• Manage intercompany sales orders and transfer orders for packaging, working closely with the Finance Officer.
• Collaborate with the Finance Officer to manage physical packaging and stock management through SmartCount.
• Transfer fruit between farm locations, clearing packing lines and moving fruit between coldroom locations.
• Receive lugs and pallets back, ensuring accurate Stock Receiving and Adjustments (SRAs).

• Matric or tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Excellent IT skills, with ability to perform basic calculations and think critically.
• Previous experience in stock monitoring, particularly in the fresh produce industry.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
