**Responsibilities**:

- Compiling client lists and summaries for various reasons
- Digital and analog filing
- Updating and management of director’s calendar
- Manage office and stationery supplies
- Helping director in a personal capacity (such as shopping, printing, driving, etc.)
- Printer set up and management
- Making coffee or tea for clients and director/staff
- Switchboard / telephone set up and management Ø Managing the office to run comfortably
- Regular SARS Correspondence
- Basic admin Efiling duties
- Filling in forms for clients and director
- Maintaining Petty Cash Register
- Data Entry
- Assisting other staff members with information and data entry when reasonably required

**Job Requirements**
- Must have completed a minimum of Matric Senior Certificate
- Good communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Willingness to help and learn new skills
- Own transportation and valid driver’s license
- Efficient in Microsoft 360/ Computer literate
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
- Situated in the Vaal Triangle Area
- Experience with Xero will be advantageous
- Understanding accounting terms will be advantageous

**Salary**
This is a Full-Time position with a 3 month probation period. The salary will be between R6000 and R7000.

**Working Hours**
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
Fridays - 08:00 - 14:00

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans/Ensglish Proficiently (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers Lisence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
