**Introduction**
Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional, disciplined and self-driven individual to join their dynamic HR Team in a capacity of a Recruitment Officer. The successful individual will be placed in Western Cape.
**Job description**
**Primary Purpose of the Job**
**Duties**
- Responsible for providing highest level of end to end recruitment at all levels.
- Creating request to appoint and posting adverts on PNET
- Compiling interview guides and guiding the interviewing panel on the selection process
- Headhunting on various recruitment platforms
- Screening CV's - sending longlisted CV's to hiring manager
- Drawing up of offer of employment contracts, addendums and compensation adjustments for successful applicants
- Regretting unsuccessful applicants
- Assisting the Recruitment manager with salary benchmarking
- Ensuring the accuracy of the vacancy report on a weekly basis
**Adhoc**
- Perform any adhoc duties that may be required by the department or Business.
**Minimum requirements**
**Qualifications**
- Grade 12.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
**Required Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in delivery of the entire recruitment process (including headhunting and social media sourcing).
