This well-established client in the Automotive Battery Manufacturing industry is looking to appoint a **Receptionist/Admin Clerk **to join their committed team at the Cape Town Branch based in Parow Industria.

Only individuals that meet with these minimum requirements will be considered:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant 1 or 2-year certification/diploma will be advantageous
- Minimum of 2-year related experience within a similar role
- Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans - Written & Verbal)
- **Experience & skilled in the JDE System or working experience in SAP/Oracle will be advantageous**
- Strong analytical ability
- PC literate in MS Word and Excel
- Working Hours - (Mon-Thur: 08h00 to 16h30 & Friday 08h00 to 16h00)
- Well presented in overall approach

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Management of switchboard
- Attend to visitors in the reception area
- Maintain a small supply of stationery
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including all filing and postage
- Receive and relay telephone and fax messages
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Ordering and allocating of staff protective clothing
- Generate weekly/monthly reports according to company specifications (e.g. call reports)
- Carry out any reasonable instruction from management
- Processing of scrap and all BC Contractual including scanning on in-house system (Western Cape)
- Processing all warranties - Auto, SMP and Standby
- Processing all credits - Auto, SMP and Standby
- Price Assistance for auto customers every end of the month
- Ordering of stationery and parts for workshop
- Arranging functions for BC and if Management comes down to Cape Town
- Stock take - Coordinator including final report process on JDE
- Helping sorting out problems with stock
- Resolve queries that comes in from BC and customers regarding documents
- Looking up POD for Head Office

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parow, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- JDE or Oracle: 1 year (preferred)
