**Senior Debtor's Clerk R 25 000 ** **Parow**

Established Company with offices located in Parow is looking for a Full time Senior Debtor's Clerk in Parow to fulfill the following task to give a few examples

**Duties**

**DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to)**:

- Month end Debtor reconciliations
- Sending of Monthly Statements to Customers
- Processing of payments on debtor accounts
- Resolve queries on debtor accounts
- Follow up on outstanding debt
- Processing of accounting journals when applicable
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports as required

**Requirements and Skills**
- An accounting diploma or BComm Degree
- 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
- Ability to function independently or in a team
- Self-motivator that can meet deadlines and lead others
- A proven track record of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills
- An intermediate level of proficiency operating Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams
- Kerridge (Commercial Systems Wholesale Management Software) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning to manage key parts of operations) experience will be advantageous

**Salary offered**

R25 000 per month
