**Purpose of this Role**:
To plan materials and production for the allocated departments, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to schedules, and reduced lead times. This approach maintains high customer service levels, achieving Belgotex’s goals for customer satisfaction, volume, and profitability.

**Span of control**:
This role is responsible for the following Production processes: Masterbatch, Bulk continuous filament (BCF), Fibre, Needle punch, Tile line, Air entangling, Twist, Heat set/ Stuffer box, Pattern Split, Tufting, Backing Customized orders and Grass projects.

**Key Accountabilities and Outputs**:

- **Production Scheduling**:Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of products.
- **Resource Allocations**:Ensure the availability and optimal use of materials, equipment and labor.
- **Adherence Monitoring**:Track and ensure adherence to production plans and addressing any deviations proactively.
- **Data Management**:Accurately capture and analyze production data to support decision making and continuous improvement.
- **Communication and coordination**:collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of production plans**.**
- Grade 12/ Matric.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- APICS CPIM certification is preferable or Bachelors/ Honors degree in Supply chain Management or Industrial Engineering or 2 years relevant material planning experience in similar role within a relevant industry.
