Rutotech International in Midrand is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team, someone who will be responsible for the with the following:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Processing**:Proficiency in handling payroll processing, including complex shifts, travel allowances, and shift allowances, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- **HR Operations**: Ability to manage HR operations, including maintaining employee records, leave balances, training records, and understanding labor laws and disciplinary processes.
- **Financial Acumen**: Knowledge of month-end reports, budget management, and corporate governance to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial controls.
- **Communication and Relationship Management**: Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders (middle management, executive leadership) and external parties (shareholders, auditors, banks, consultants, suppliers, and customers).
