Core Description
To support and coordinate financial and business administration activities across Health & Retail Solutions and ensure accurate processing of client take-on, billing and supplier order invoices. Also responsible for general office administration tasks. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Perform financial administration including, but not limited to, processing invoices, purchase orders and expense requisitions in line with finance procedures.
- Create material codes and take-on of new clients on SAP.
- Assist with billing requests to BCX Central Finance Team.
- Create network orders as required and per specific supplier invoices.
- Process supplier orders according to BCX requirements.
- Manage and verify supplier invoices.
- Process Service Entries (SE) based on signed and defined invoices.
- Manage relationship with BCX Central Procurement Team related to suppliers.
- Perform other business admin duties related to the general financial admin between the BU and BCX Central Finance Team in line with the BCX defined processes, and Policies.

2 Years’ experience in supporting high-level environment with functional administration in an ICT industry, Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
