We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Administrator** to join our dynamic team and help streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless business processes.

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations related to operational performance.
- Maintain and update databases, systems, and records related to inventory, orders, and schedules.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and payments as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks, including project management and team coordination.
- Identify areas for process improvement and help implement solutions.

**Key requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Afrikaans and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Grade 12
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Must be able to start immediately.
