Administrative Clerk

The Administrator Clerk will be responsible to manage the administration related to all operational functions.
Punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are key attributes for this position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure registers are signed on a daily basis at start and end of shift
- Auditing of Receivers and Issuers
- Record keeping of PPE issues
- File MHE Inspection sheets
- Update disciplinary tracker spreadsheet
- Update Attendance register spreadsheet
- Headcount/Manning update via WhatsApp
- WhatsApp all Operational data daily
- Send “End-shift” report via WhatsApp daily
- Write out Gate Passes
