**Key responsibilities**

General administration for the warehouse, including the processing and filing of:

- Receive all sales orders, check accuracy and report back to Head Quarters admin department.
- Print and prepare invoices and schedule the deliveries.
- POD'S ''proof of delivery'' for all deliveries.
- Manage the picker and check the stock rotations are correct.
- Assisting the warehouse staff with picking slips and stock allocations.
- Participates in stock counts.
- Tracking of deliveries.
- Receiving incoming stock with the assistance of the despatch clerk.
- Provided day-to-day administrative support, aiding smooth-running warehouse operations.
- Ensure that proper paper trail is maintained.
- Completed and filed paperwork promptly, up keeping thorough, accurate records.
- Completed detailed stock reports, maintaining up-to-date, reliable inventories.
- Perform any reasonable duties as requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- Must be computer literate in Excel, Word & Outlook
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
- Good with figures, capturing data, and reporting.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to identify and solve problems.
- Work independently and be self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Accpac an advantage.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric / Grade 12 (basic mathematics & Accounting knowledge)
- 2- 3 years, experience in a similar position

**Salary**: R7 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
