**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has an employment opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to coordinate, collate and maintain all business information at regional level. This post is based in Wynberg.

**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

**Recommendation**: None
**Key Performance Areas**: Collate all data for the region; Maintain management information systems at the region; Report on region information; Support regional planning and management processes; Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
**Competencies**:
Knowledge of the following: Department of Social Development systems; Policy development; Project coordination; Departmental policies and procedures; Communication strategy and procedures; Interpretation of prescripts; Skills needed: Report writing; Communication (written and verbal); Organising and planning; Proven computer literacy; Numerical; Innovative; Analytical thinking.

**Remuneration**:
R294 321 per annum (Salary Level 7)
