I.t Product Manager

A dynamic and innovative IT rental company who is committed to delivering exceptional products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team.

As the Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and managing all product specifications, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Warehouse, Development, Marketing, Sales, and other departments, to bring new products to market successfully and assist departments in product-related matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer needs, and industry trends within the IT and Events rental space.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specifications, including features, functionality, and user experience, particularly related to IT equipment.
- Assist various departments, such as operations, customer support, and sales, in understanding product specifications and providing guidance on the correct utilization of products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions, including IT equipment trends and advancements.
- Create detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria to guide the development process, taking into account IT equipment considerations.
- Work closely with teams to ensure the accurate implementation of product specifications,
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct product testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product quality and performance, including compatibility with various IT and Event equipment setups.
- Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement, including optimizing IT equipment compatibility and performance.

Experience
- Proven experience in product management, specifically in defining product specifications and guiding product development, with knowledge of IT equipment considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and assist various departments.
- Sound knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools, including those related to IT equipment.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional products, incorporating IT equipment advancements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
