**Financial Administrator Opportunity**
Our client specializing in bespoke events are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk that is tenacious with knowledge and/ experience relating to Taxation, Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Control.
- Send accurate invoices to clients
- Debtors’ statements (manual and from ODOO)
- Liaise with all clients/debtors
- Ensure sales commissions are analyzed and verified monthly.
- Ensure files/quotes/purchase orders are processed accurately and timeously.
- Complete reconciliations, verifications and follow-ups timely and resolve any issues.
- Handling of invoice queries
- Allocate customer payments correctly and timeously and ensuring that data is allocated to the correct account.
- Processing of VAT
- Age analysis reports
- Collect monies outstanding within agreed upon payment terms.
- Monies received captured in time for month-end processing.
- Resolve invoice disputes professionally and timeously and escalate as required.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Matric**:
- **Relevant Degree (B.Com Financial Accounting/ Accounting Sciences)**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) is Mandatory**:
- **Technically proficient in accounting principles**:
- **Rigorous in summarizing information**:
- **Able to integrate various information**:
- **Experience working with ODOO system (Advantageous)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wynberg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
